Frequently asked questions
Everything you need to know about Bill Planner.
Is Bill Planner free?
The iOS and Android apps are free to use, with the full planner included. A one-time in-app purchase removes ads — there is no subscription on mobile. The web app is $5 / month with a 30-day free trial.
What's the difference between the mobile apps and the web app?
They share the same account and data. The mobile apps are free and ad-supported (a one-time purchase removes the ads). The web app is an ad-free, big-screen experience for $5 / month, with a 30-day free trial.
Do I need to install anything?
No. The web app runs directly in your browser — start your free trial and you are planning in seconds. If you prefer mobile, the free iOS and Android apps sync with the same account.
Does my data sync across devices?
Yes. Your bills, income and savings are securely synced to the cloud, so your plan is the same whether you open Bill Planner on your computer or your phone.
Can I track recurring bills and income?
Absolutely. You can add recurring bills and income on flexible schedules, and Bill Planner shows each occurrence on your monthly calendar.
Which currencies and languages are supported?
Bill Planner supports multiple currencies and is available in English, Swedish and Turkish, with more on the way.
How do I cancel my web subscription?
You can cancel anytime from your account settings. Starting the 30-day free trial requires a payment method, but if you cancel before it ends you are not charged. After that you keep access until the end of your billing period.
